It was early in the afternoon on a Saturday, and Jessica was outside in Central Park playing her guitar for fun. While she liked being in her dorm and playing, she enjoyed letting strangers listening to her play her music. Sitting on a bench she had her legs Indian-style as she played her guitar. Whenever someone would come by to put some change on top of her guitar case she stopped them from doing so. Just people hearing her music was enough for her. She wasn't singing right now, but she thought about playing one of her songs in a bit. For now she was just comfortable with playing her guitar and messing around with some chords, seeing what sounded nice for a possible song later on. A few times some guys came out, attempting to hit on her, but she wasn't the type to just flirt openly like a lot of the girls that went to the school. That was not to say she did not find the guys attractive, she just wasn't that type of girl. Again she was playing with her glitter covered guitar, which her parents had given her in 9th grade as a birthday present. She probably used that one the most, because it was her lucky guitar. She did have a few others, but this was her favorite and the most expensive one she owned. Jessica had stopped for a few minutes to get something to eat and drink, a hot dog and a soda, what a healthy lunch. She didn't care though, she didn't look after her body in that way. She exercised, sometimes, and she didn't eat junk food all of the time, but more often than not she would rather have chili fries rather than a salad. Now sitting down again on her bench she began to play again, eyes closing briefly as she really got into her music.

Of course, Jessica was unaware of a particular guy who was watching her. Eyes still closed as she got the feel of where she was going with the song she continued to play, messing around with different notes. A tiny smile came to her lips when she thought about how nice that particular verse had sounded, she would definitely need to use that in her next song. It was funny, people really enjoyed her music it seemed, even if this was nothing more than just practice outdoors for her. She was really just messing around, and she guessed even if you were just messing around with chords, it was still considered music. She didn't notice someone take a seat in front of her, much less that it was the same guy who had been staring at her not too long ago. Leaning her head over her guitar, a curtain of blonde curls cascaded down her face as she continued to play. However, when she started to hear her music get louder, a confused expression came over her features and Jessica opened her eyes. Looking up she was rather surprised to see a man who looked a tiny bit familiar playing his guitar. "Oh." She said in surprise, wondering why he was playing her music but not insulted by it. When he said that she played pretty good she smiled thoughtfully. "Thanks, same to you." She said before going back to playing. Suddenly changing chords to produce a much softer song that she had been messing around with for a while now. Still playing Jessica tore her gaze away from the chords to look up at him, "I'm Jessica." She said before staying silent for a moment, just watching him in curiosity. "Do you go to Larkin?" She asked, he looked a tiny bit familiar and there was caution to her tone. Just in case she was wrong, which she hoped she was not.

[/i] So he was right. Topher nodded, and smirked, "Why yes I do," he laughed a bit. "Do you?" Well, he already knew that answer to that, but it wouldn't hurt to ask anyways. "You actually seem like the type of person that would," He added with a soft laugh before strumming lightly. His eyes drifting around the rest of the park. It was a nice day- pretty cold, but nice. People seemed to walk by and glance in her direction, guys eyeing her from afar- and Topher had to hold back a laugh. He would have probably done the same thing. But Topher wasn't only the type to admire, he did some thing to get their attention. If he wanted them, he got them. Most likely- no questions asked. It's not that he was a complete man whore, but he liked having fun. And what's more fun than girls? Topher didn't know. He had this way and changing his ways so a girl can like him- and this only came to use when they denied him. Usually, he didn't really have to try to hard. He made a slight clicking down with his tounge, and glanced back at Jessica.[/size] [/ul]
