Character Name: Mia Lochart
Canon or Original: Original
Group: Junior
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Appearance:
Mia is naturally pretty. Though she is a fan of makeup, she does not need a lot of it to look pretty. She has large, gray-green eyes that are always sparkeling. They show every emotion that goes through her, no matter how she tries to disguise them with a false smile or a stoney expression.
Her hair is a golden dirty-blonde, and it reaches her mid-back when she leaves it down, which isn't that often. Usually, her hair is up in a bun or pony-tail, or plaited in a tight french braid. The only time she lets her hair down is when she goes out with friends or a certain special guy. When left alone, it is naturally wavy though it curls more at the bottom. However, if she leaves her hair down, she usually straightens it.
She stands at 5'7, average height for girls and women. She isn't a twig, she is nice and curvy. Her legs and upper body are rather muscular, from the extensive ballet and pointe traing she goes through daily. She is proud of her body, and doesn't spend time obsessing that she is too fat or her boobs and butt are too big.

Secrets, secrets, are no fun...:
*Mia has a slight...addiction to fooling around with boys. She loves the physical aspect of being in a relationship.
*More than once Mia has started nasty rumors about her closest friends to climb her way up the social ladder.
*Mia's always wanted a child, but knows that it would ruin her chances of being a famous ballerina, and is always 100% safe if she does wind up having sex with her boyfriend/guy she meets at a party.
Overall Personality:
First things first. Mia likes boys. A lot. She likes hanging out with boys, being 'one of the boys', being with one of the boys...But she's no whore. She plays the field, but once she finds someone that she wants to stick with, she sticks with them. Most of the time. But she does like to flirt, and even if she has a boyfriend, she'll flirt with other boys. But there a saying she lives by: Look, don't touch.
Mia is a confident young lady, her father raised her well, pushing her to be the best she could be and not settle with anything less than her best. Because of her father's teachings, she thinks she's the best. She is a very dominate person, and likes to have followers. She will tear apart anyone who tries to get her to follow them. That's another thing about Mia. Get her angry enough about something, and she has the ability to pick out every single weakpoint a person has and lash out at them. And not just go; "You're ugly and suck at acting", but she go at them with such a ferosity that it will almost be as if she has reduced them to nothing but a worthless pile of dust on the floor.
Mia has a quick temper and a super-sized ego, but for the most part she's a pretty cool person to hang out with. She does have a very philisophical way of looking at the world, and loves engaging in intelligent discussions about politics and religion and stuff. Much different to the suspects of first impressions, she is very smart in a naturalist level of intelligence.
Besides boys, close friends, and those who prove for good conversation, Mia hates people. She has very little patience for them, and therefore has her quick temper. But she does truly love animals, and has a lot of patience for them. She prefers them to most people, but then again...she would rather be having some fun with a hottie she met at the latest club she snuck into than sitting around with her dog or her horses.
Family:
+Eric Lockhart -- Broadway stage actor
-
+Sampson Lochart -- Youngest Brother. 19 years-old. Goes to Molloy College for baseball.
+Teddy Lochart -- Second oldest brother. 23 years-old. Teaching on Long Island.
+Riley Lochart -- Oldest brother. 27 years-old. Co-producer of a few shows on TRL.
History:
Mia was born on Long Island on June 21st, the first day of summer. But not twenty-four hours after she was born, her mother ran away with her father's best friend. Eric had left to bring their sons home, and Esme was all alone. Esme got up, placed Mia in her crib in the room. She got dressed in clothes Eric had brought her, wrote a quick note, and left. Just like that.
Mia grew up on the North Shore in a fancy mansion with her three brothers and award-winning broadway star of a father. Their property was right next to a horseback riding stable, and as soon as Mia asked for a pony, she was granted her wish. She had two-hour private lessons every single day from then on. Soon Mia learned that when she asked for something, her father had enough money to give it to her.
She grew up with every bit of luxury anyone could imagine. She had her own wing in the mansion, as did her brothers, and her own personal maid to follow her wherever she went. Since she had a liking for animals, over the years she wound up acquiring three purebred Golden Retrievers, two Persian cats and a lively, intelligent African Gray parrot, as well as a wall-sized fishtank with a coral reef practically growing inside, hundreds of different tropical fish calling it home. From the time she was four to present time, she went through two ponies and three fancy english showjumping horses.
Ever since she was young, Mia has enjoyed writing. It often took a backseat to her horseback riding and to her schoolwork, but she always found time to write stories and attempt novels. Her favorite authors include A.A Milne, Shakespeare, J.R.R Tolkien, J.K Rowling, Charles thingyens, James M. Barrie, and Mark Twain. She is highly inspired by them, but also put down by them. Every attempt at a novel has gone unfinished or wound up in the recycling bin. This is the one area of her life where she feels insecure, and feels that her work could never compare to these writers. Her passion for writing has been kept a secret from her father, who would only hire a creative writing tutor and have Mia publish everything she wrote.
Many things began happening to Mia when she entered high school. First off, she noticed boys. And after a summer of growth, boys started to notice her. And so began her wild nights out and her craving for parties and dancing. She lost her virginity by the beginning of sophomore year to her second boyfriend she'd had since the start of highschool. Through her two years in highschool, she's been through five different boyfriends. She wound up cheating on only one of them, and he wound up being he most recently ex-boyfriend.
But, freshman year was also the start of something else, something more artistic. After seeing the Nutcracker Ballet around Christmas time, she decided that she wanted to be a professional ballerina. So her father hired an instructor to come to the mansion. For two hours every day, they would work in a special part of the in-home gym Eric had designed. After all, if his daughter was going to do something, she was going to be the best.
At the end of sophomore year, Mia found out about Larkin Academy. As soon as she told her father about it, she was to be sent there. Mia got started on her application right away.

Kara walked into the stable, her black leather tall boots clicking rythmically on the cobble pavement. Her blue eyes glanced around, examining each of the horses that were in first few stalls. A chestnut, a bay, and a fleabitten gray were in the first three stalls, and she barely glanced over them.
A long, handsome black head stuck out of the third, and her eyes caught onto the Oldenburg gelding. A smile played her light-pink lips and showed her white teeth as the smile widened. She walked quickly over to the gelding, cooing softly.
"Hey, my lovely," she said gently, holding her hand out for him to sniff. He placed his muzzle in her gloved palm and nibbled gently. Kara giggled and scratched her horse's chin. "It's good to see you too, Fred." Mischief Managed, or "Fred" as he was known as around the barn, was Kara's ten year-old jumper gelding. He was one of the sweetest horses at the barn, and Kara knew how lucky she was to have him. Yes, she was rich, but to find such a sweet, loveable horse with amazing athleticism was a blessing that some didn't recieve.
"Ready to go for a ride, buddy?" she questioned, slipping him a peppermint she had in the pocket of her beige breeches. Fred nickered for more, but Kara had to deny him. If she gave him anymore, he would become nippy until he recieved more. He was allowed one treat before their ride, and recieved the rest when they finished.
Kara turned and looked to a passing stable hand. "Javier?" she asked. "Puedes 'tack' Joker, por favor?" Her spanish wasn't amazing, but it was easiest for the stable hand to understand. He nodded, and responded in spanish telling her to go get her tack. "Gracias," she replied, and moved away from her horse at fast-paced walk to get her tack from the tackroom. While Javier so graciously tacked Joker up, she had to make a very important phone call to Lucas, her best friend's boyfriend.
